Sore columella, small open cut inside nostril. What should I do?

Hello, I am 2 weeks post-op and had a closed rhinoplasty. My columella on one side is more painful and tender than the other. (Like a mild throbbing pain) Also, it looks as though when a scab came out of my nostril it left what looks like an open cut. I cleaned it with peroxide and also put on neosporin. Should this heal on its own- and is the pain on one side normal?

Dear,With regards to your photos, it seems that you have two major problems, a bump on the nose and large nostrils. After removing the bump and reducring the size of the nostrils you will have very good and natural nose, and your nose will match your face better.

Opening your mouth after a rhinoplasty should not cause any problems with your surgical result. A dental checkup is good.
