I noticed a few months ago that I had a small raised mole while I was showering and paid no attention it. Now I've noticed that the bump is a little grey in color and there's a new smaller mole next to the already existing one. Should I be worried? I'm 19 years old and have no health problems that I know of.

Generally best to leave the scab on and allow to fall off on its own. If you pick it off it can bleed. Suggest you see your surgeon or clinic for a review so they can check. Best wishes.
