Am I able to shower after having a mole excision with stitches?

This decision is best left between you and your surgeon- make sure to call the office and ask his/her preference.  In general I tell my patients to wait  48 hours before allowing the incision to get wet after a mole removal.  This decision can vary widely. 
It is always a good idea to see a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon for your medical care.
