Can I sleep on my stomach after mini arm lift & BBL?

Having a mini arm lift, armpit incision and bbl (considering a medial thigh lift at the same time or wait until my second round bbl?). Is it ok to sleep on my stomach after a mini arm lift?

Every surgeon has a different set of post operative instructions so it's always best to discuss with your surgeon and follow their advice. 
With that said, it should be fine to sleep on your stomach. If you're going to sleep with your arms extended and over your head it might feel tight and not idea for the first few weeks. It's preferable to sleep with your arms at your side. Not sure if you'd be comfortable in this position on your stomach.

Regarding sleeping positions, it is possible to lie on your stomach after the surgery as long as your arms remain by your side. This position is compatible with the recovery requirements of both a mini arm lift and a BBL. However, avoid placing your arms over your shoulders for the first three weeks following the procedure.
I would advise against combining a medium thigh lift with a mini arm lift. Thank you for your question! Yes, it is ok for you to sleep on your stomach after having a mini arm lift and BBL, with or without the thigh lift. Laying on your stomach will keep pressure off of your buttocks, which is recommended post surgery. I recommend discussing specific rules and recommendations with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck!

I think it should  be fine to sleep on your stomach after this  procedure, but every surgeon has different post op care instructions follow up with your PS.

It is most certainly okay to sleep on your stomach after a mini arm lift and bbl.  That would be recommended and the best way to sleep.

An arm lift and a bbl will take time to recover. Meanwhile I would lift the arms above your heart level to improve area that was just operated. 
I would not lift heavy weights and refrain from taking a chance. “An ounce of caution is better than a pound of cure
