If you are experiencing burning, tingling and redness the next day and the symptoms are getting worse I would recommend you call your provider. They may want to see you or prescribe antibiotics. If your provider isn't open I would go to urgent care as soon as possible. You may have an infection and will need to get that treated immediately. MedSpa Barrington IL 

These symptoms you are having sound like an infection. If you have pain, swelling, and tingling sensation that is getting worse as days go by it is concerning.  It is best for you to seek help from a provider who treated you.  Hope you feel better soon.  

This sounds like you have an infection, with increasing pain. If the skin barrier is breached, i.e. pin point bleeding after micro needling, I always use an special antibiotic ointment or oral abs after the procedure, only for 2-3 days . If there is pain, 99% of the time its an infection (unless you have contact or irritant dermatitis), please see your specialist who performed this procedure- easy fix with early intervention .Dr Davin Lim . You need to see your treating physician ASAP, or present to ER.  If it is true concern of infection in the face, you do not want to wait.
Without pictures it is hard to say what is happening.  Some skin irritation is normal, but it should get better after the first day or so, not continue to get worse.
