Any scars from water-jet lipo, how much weight do you lose, do inner thighs have problems?

The length of scar are similar for most techniques of Liposuction including Water Jet Liposuction. The problem with inner thighs can be loose skin which can subsequently be corrected by a Thermi Tight procedure (If required). The average amount of fat that can be removed from the abdomen varies from 1-3 litres for the average sized individual. The entire abdomen should be done and not one half of the abdomen. Don't be another sucker for false advertising: all high tech devices, even a water jet, causes injury and scaring. Another very important issue is this: what's important is the training, skill, and experience of the surgeon, not the machine he's using. The 'best' surgeons in the country don't even bother with fancy high tech gizmos. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in body contouring. Best of luck!

liposuction leaves very small injection site scars each about 5mm.  This is a body shaping procedure not a weight loss procedure.

Liposuction is for body contouring, not for weight reduction. Without viewing your photos, is hard to make a meaningful estimate. Liposuction could be performed in all areas that have excess fat deposits. Incisions are very small, few millimeter, I prefer liposelection/ultrasonic over hyro-lipo. In my hand I get better results and get more skin shrinkage especially in the inner thighs.
