Thank you for your question. It seems like you might be a great candidate for a BBL (Brazilian butt lift). This includes liposuction from unwanted areas of fat with transfer to the hip and glute area to sculpt your desired shape. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Best of luck. Dear Marks17,It is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
It depends if you are desiring to just even out your buttock and/or to augment your buttock cheeks. If you are desiring to augment, then I would strongly recommend buttock implants as your only reliable and permanent option. If you are as lean as you appear to be in the photos, then you are a very poor candidate for liposuction with fat transfer. Also don’t let anybody sell you on gaining weight to have enough fat because this is sure to fail as well. Glad to be of help.
Thanks for writing,You have three options: 1) Nothing as this is always an option, 2) Fat grafting to symmetrize, 3) Liposuction the larger side to allow it to match the opposite side. Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can evaluate you and help you make an accurate appropriate, for you, decision. Good luck Stephen M. Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures you appear to be a reasonable candidate for fat transfer. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your region who performs many Safe BBLs. Make sure to verify that they only perform Safe Subcutaneous Buttock Augmentation and no muscle injections. Good luck.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with fat transfer, to improve your buttocks, and I think you'll get very good results. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
IF it has been a few years, and you have had no issues with the injected silicone, then addition of fat is possible. I have done it a few times in this scenario. I would recommend to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon in your area. But it is possible.
Unfortunately this is a common problem after liposuction of this area. Although the result may not be perfect, there is usually some improvement with strategic fat grafting back into this area. If the fat grafting fails to produce a satisfactory outcome then a lower buttock tuck maybe your final...
I have done breast augmentation and liposuction as a combination in many patients. Then transferring the fat would only add a few minutes to the procedure. Post op you will have to try to avoid pressure on your areas of surgery. Good luck.
If you are questioning about the elongated butt crack vertical crease then a flankplasty may be needed to pull the lower back tissues towards each flank and eliminate that crease. If you were concerned about the residual horizontal folds of skin in your lower back then a bra-straplas...
Similar to the responses, I think fat grafting is your best option. Although instead of just injecting fat into the defected area, there is a cannula that can be used to first separate and release the scar tissue from the underlying structures. It will allow the fat to survive better by making s...
If you are searching for a more reliable long term result, you may want to consider buttock implants to restore volume and reduce the saggy of your buttock. Fat transfer can be effective but is often short lived and unpredictable. For the excess inner butt cheek fat, a lower buttock tuck also pr...
