While it might be possible to do the procedures at the same time, if you are located in Florida, combining liposuction with another procedure limits the amount of liposuction that can be performed. You might want to discuss with your surgeon whether that is going to limit the ultimate outcome. If so, you might be better off doing the fat transfer as an independent procedure. I have done breast augmentation and liposuction as a combination in many patients. Then transferring the fat would only add a few minutes to the procedure. Post op you will have to try to avoid pressure on your areas of surgery. Good luck.

 I am assuming you are using implants for your breast augmentation and not fat transfer. Just like implants provide a much more reliable and permanent option for breast augmentation you should also consider implants for hip dips augmentation. Fat transfer tends to be very short-lived in this area of the body and rarely much of what is put in remains permanent. Glad to be of help.
