I've been thinking about getting liposuction, I have a lot of facial (particularly buccal) fat that I'd like to get rid of. My facial structure is far too round and I was thinking of narrowing it in a more of a V shape. I also thinking of a nose job and something to help my weak chin. Facial feminization is something that has interested me the most other than lipo and kybella. This may seem like too much but it comes all from my dissatisfaction of my appearance and any advise would be great.
