A buccal fat removal procedure can provide slimming in the lower face, in the lower anterior cheek region specifically. It can also help create more definition in the lower face depending on the overall bone and underlying tissue structure of the face. And Botox injections on the masseter muscles can provide slimming in the lower posterior cheeks. Reducing facial width almost always requires bone reduction. In your case it would be a combination of cheekbone and jaw angle/jawline reduction. Botox can be effective for temporary muscle reduction over the jaw angles.
