Should I consider HIFU facelift before or after buccal fat removal? (photos)

I am 20 and hoping to achieve a new lifted look to my face which is quite chubby, because I’m quite young I do not want to consider a full facelift so am opting for a hifu facelift. However I am scheduled for buccal fat removal in December should I get hifu now or after the buccal fat removal
