I had neck lipo and noticed it changed my face shape to a more rounded face and my cheeks look much bigger. Can buccal fat removal help with this ? Also can it be possible to have more fat on one side as my face looks bigger on my right side.

The only effective facial defatting procures are buccal lipectomies and perioral lposuction. Bout are usually needed to achieve a more complete reduction from the cheekbones down to the jawline. The buccal fat pad does not extend that low.
