I have pseudotosis and am interested in a breast implants. I'm sure I will need a breast lift in the future, but would like to wait until after having children (currently have no children). With only a breast augmentation, can I still achieve what I am looking for? I'm want to improve upper pole fullness. I'm considering a 600 cc silicone implant, sub-pectoral, inframammory incision. Am I just accelerating my need for a lift and are there any thoughts on what that timeline may look like?

Answer: Implants alone Good morning!yes- larger implants with your pseudoptosis will cause you implnats to ultimately be lower on your chest wall and may acceleerate the need for some sort of lift in the future. I think your results will be somewhat close to the woman in the red bikini top you posted.Remeber - the larger these implants are the heavier they are, and the heavier they are the more gravity is pulling them down. There is no getting around this fundemental rule of nature.I hope this helps.

Answer: Compensating for pseudoptosis with overly large implant is not a good idea In my opinion yours is a wrong approach. You will overly stress and stretch your normal tissues trying to compensate for your pseudoptosis. This will cause unnecessary, but permanent tissue damage to your muscles, breasts and skin. Look at the problem for what it is. Do a lift. May be a small implant or no implant at all. That is a topic for serious discussion
