Scar Reduction: Can Human Growth Hormones help reduce scaring from a breast lift and augmentation?

I'm getting a breast lift and augmentation, I've met with a Plastic Surgeon already. I really only wanted an augmentation but need a lift too because of a recent weight loss. I've seen pictures of the scars from the breast lifts and i find them very apparent in most pictures. My Surgeon reassured me that the scars would heal to a thin white line, but I'm still concerned. If I take Human Growth Hormones for a short period before the surgery and during the recovery, will this help reduce scaring?

I generally recommend you hydrate well with minerals and electrolytes. Vitamin C is an excellent supplement. Avoid spicy foods early on. Remember that the pain medicine can give you constipation. A stool softener is often advised. Limit your sodium intake.

Unfortunately, tuberous breasts would involve surgery to provide a correction.  I would recommend visiting a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options in more detail.

Thank you for your question. I would recommend following up with your surgeon if you are feeling like you are taking a turn for the worse.  It is much more common to feel slightly better with each day that passes.
