Are there any plastic surgeons in Dallas that does Botox themselves, not through an injector?

Most plastic surgeons and great dermatologists now a days own beauty spas which I think makes complete sense. The problem that I encounter is they are nowhere to be seen. Ever. So basically you are still going to facility to be treated by different specialist and I just don't feel comfortable that. I am very picky when it comes to my face. And I will not do BOTOX or even consider fillers with anyone but a knowledgable plastic surgeon or dermatologist? Please help.

It is difficult to tell from the photos but another treatment with correct placement of Botox in the crow's feet area should help. please see a board certified dermatologist
