Are there any plastic surgeons in Dallas that does Botox themselves, not through an injector?

Most plastic surgeons and great dermatologists now a days own beauty spas which I think makes complete sense. The problem that I encounter is they are nowhere to be seen. Ever. So basically you are still going to facility to be treated by different specialist and I just don't feel comfortable that. I am very picky when it comes to my face. And I will not do BOTOX or even consider fillers with anyone but a knowledgable plastic surgeon or dermatologist? Please help.
