How to make square, flat face appear rounder and fix uneven smile? (Photos)

What would be the best route to take to make my square, flat face appear rounder and fuller? I've read about botox to the jawline (botox masseters) to make it slimmer, would that be something to consider? Also, How can I make my smile even, as it tends to be more prominent on one side?

The shape of the face can be changed through alteration of the bone, soft tissue or both, as much as need as and judged properly.Sometimes the face becomes square due to sagging of the soft tissues, which does not seem to the case on the posted pictures.  I agree with some of the earlier remarks. You seem to be very attractive in these pictures. However, if you feel strongly about minor refinements you may wish to set up an in person consultation with one of us who specializes in the face area.

You look good in these pics, but it would be helpful to see more close-up pics of you without makeup or eyeglasses. Enhancing an already attractive face can be done with a few minor procedures. Often times adding volume to the cheeks and lips is an easy enough solution. Skin care is also another area of focus. See an experience facial surgeon for a personal cosmetic consultation. Botox injection is indicated for the Masseter muscle for functional and cosmetic reasons. Botox is a great option for narrowing the lower face features caused by an enlarged Masseter muscle. The Botox will allow the muscle to relax and, over time, become smaller.  Most individuals have facial asymmetries. I recommend seeking an experienced injector and consulting.

Thank you for your question.  You seem to be a good candidate for botox in the masseter muscle.  This will give you a slimmer look to your face.  Make sure you are working with a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert injector.

You have a face that most would be happy with as their final product after doing lots of modification. However, if you desire a bit of a different shape I would  use a thick but soft filler such as Restylane Lyft to the upper to lateral cheeks to pull up some of the volume that is down below and give your face a bit more shape. I would not mess with your smile as you might do more harm than good.

Its interesting how what is desired by the most you seem to dislike. Of course the shape of your face can be changed, but why? The smile is asymmetric is nearly all individuals as is the face.If this is really so bothersome to you then you should be evaluated in person and make sure you use computer imaging to see if you are NOT going to regret the change.Good luck from NYC

Thanks for sharing your question and photos. You look beautiful. Neuromodulators such as Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers can be used to make the face more oval or heart shaped. For example, Botox/Dysport can be injected into the masseter muscles to slim the lower face and sharpen the jawline. This can be followed with filler injection into the midface to help accentuate the cheekbones. The combination gives the face a "softer" look and would make it appear less square.
