Thank you for your question.  You seem to be a good candidate for botox in the masseter muscle.  This will give you a slimmer look to your face.  Make sure you are working with a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert injector.

The shape of the face can be changed through alteration of the bone, soft tissue or both, as much as need as and judged properly.Sometimes the face becomes square due to sagging of the soft tissues, which does not seem to the case on the posted pictures.  I agree with some of the earlier remarks. You seem to be very attractive in these pictures.
