Hi, I had a cervical disc replacement due bulging disc. After the surgery, my pain and spasms got worse. I now have chronic pain muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder. Muscle relaxers and pain meds are not helping! My NS said the hardware is in place and everything looks fine. If that's the case, why am I having more pain and chronic spasms? Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? My quality of life is at a 0 right now.

Its quite common to have asymetries with smiling after injection of Botox into the DAO muscles or Mentalis Muscle (chin muscle) If you only had one side of the chin injected then you would expect to have asymmetry for sure. I would just let it ware off and don't do it again. As for the ...
