Is Botox something that would help chronic muscle spasms and pain in the neck and shoulders?

Botox can be very safely injected into your neck and shoulder muscles. In my experience this is usually performed in headache suffering patients. Botox is approved for treatment of headache and can be injected in many areas of your head and shoulders in order to alleviate the spasm. But it might not help every migraine suffering patient.
Some medical insurances might cover the cost of Botox.

Yes, Botox can help with this but need a very experience doctor doing this as too much in wrong place can cause weakness
