Is it normal for implants to be moving/sliding/sloshing?

My surgery was October 8th so I am about 2 weeks post op with 400cc subglandular implants. Anytime I move (walking around, working at my desk, bending over), it feels like both implants are sliding within the breast pocket. I feel a shift, a wiggly/sloshy/popping sensation, and a dull, minor pain (like the implant has moved and collided with my pectoral muscles.) It feels weighted towards the bottom of the breast. I am still swollen and don't have much sensation yet. Softening up but still firm.
