Is a micropen treatment ok to get right after Botox?

question.You can have micropen and botox performed in the same day, although the micropen treatment should be done first. You do not want to lay down after receiving botox due to the risk of it migrating to another area. To be sure, see two
or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to
make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have
treatment.

I often combine these procedures on the same day, although theoretically many think you should not as there is risk of spreading the botox to areas you did not want it to go.  I have not found this to occur whether the botox is injected first or later.  Botox takes 2 weeks to work completely.  Best, Dr. Emer.

We perform this on a daily basis in my practice however we perform micropen treatments and then Botox. The reasoning is that we don't like to lay patients flat after Botox because we don't want the product to migrate and cause deleterious effects.
