Loose skin on sides when I sit down, 1 yr PO tummy tuck revision. Advice? (photos)

Loose skin on sides. when I sit the laxity of my skin on the sides gets bunched up. tried to bring up revision this month (almost a year PO) and my surgeon kinda shut me down. Itold him it looks fine standing - but not sitting! He didn't bother to check me sitting, just standing .. what do you think
