Swelling 5 weeks post revision TT, is this healing? (photos)

I’m 5 weeks post tummy tuck revision I tore my internal stitches first time and developed a hematoma. I have a lower bulge no fluid present as it’s been all drained out last attemp only had 5ml, will it be swelling is there signs of swelling? From the front looks so good but from the side it’s not. Thanks

Agree with the other docs who have suggested that lowering your scar would help a good bit. Also wonder if you had any liposuction of your flanks. They look full and could benefit from some attention.
