Do I need lipo, mini tummy tuck with pubic lift, full tummy tuck with pubic lift, or something else? (Photo)

Question

My mons area is my greatest concern along with my love handles. I was told that a mini tummy tuck is my best option(doctor said I am among the small percentage that can) along with a pubic lift. I have had two kids and I also have very weak abdominal muscles and low back pain.. and was told that a tummy tuck can help with low back pain. I really hate the scar that comes with a tummy tuck but I am willing to do the full if the mini is not worth my time. Thanks in advance.

Liposuction under tum. local would make a big improvement in your tummy , pubic area and flanks and is easy to undergo. Avoid the big tummy tuck scar as long as you can.

the best result will come from full tummy tuck with liposuction and fat grafting. I would consider J plasma internal tightening at the same. time.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Generally, a mini tummy tuck refers to a procedure which involves removing a small amount of skin (and fat) through a smaller incision just above the pubic area.  Most surgeons do not tighten the abdominal muscles in a mini procedure.  If you have had children your abdominal wall in probably lax and needs tightening.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.
  
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.
