I got the procedure done to hopefully help tighten my lower face because I have slightly chubby cheeks in the jowl area. I'm just a little worried because now I'm thinking maybe I should've just done the buccal fat removal instead? I was told at the surgeon's office that I didn't need to have fat removed and that Facetite should be enough to give me the results I want. What are your opinions?

Answer: FaceTite Beverly Hills, CA Hi and thanks for the question, I would need photos to give you the best feedback. In general, FaceTite is a superior skin and soft-tissue tightening procedure in the ideal patient population. I find it to be one of the truly minimally invasive transformative procedures available today.Regarding your treatment, I would inquire with your clinician with any concerns on questions regarding the treatment. Answer: Tightening the skin If you were looking to tighten the skin, the combination of microneedling with RF(Infini) with FaceTite will help to do this. If it was one discreet area within the buccal region that you were looking to treat then a buccal fat removal may have been more appropriate. Difficult to say without getting more information or seeing photos.
