What is the chance of developing Empty Nose Syndrome from a septoplasty or rhinoplasty?

I haven't heard of empty nose syndrome happening with any regularity after an isolated septoplasty or septorhinoplasty.  That syndrome was given its name after surgeons were removing turbinates in their entirety (hence "empty" nose syndrome).  

From mu more than 30 years of practice, I have never encountered ENS which resulted from rhinoplasty or septoplasty surgery.
