Dear Sarah-Paulina, Personally I have my septoplasty patients come in frequently to clean their nose so that they do not feel the need to clean it themselves or blow their nose. Generally speaking most patients may lightly blow their nose one to two weeks post surgery. This is dependent on each patients personal procedure and the extent of their septoplasty.
