No, liposuction won't change the smell of your sweat. I recommend following up with your Doctor to go over your concerns and possible treatment options. Hi agoldbergyou have what sounds like hyperhidrosis (too much sweating) with associated odor.  I haven't heard of this being worsened with surgery before, however I think it is entirely likely that the liposuction bruised some nerves in the skin and they are responding by firing more than usual.  This is causing more sweating.  This likely will resolve by itself in several weeks.In the mean time, there are some medical grade antiperspirants (not deodorants) that may help you.  In the longer term, botox to the area every 3 to 6 months is very effective.Hope this helps.sek
