I have recently lost 40lbs I am currently 220lbs and I have a significant amount of lumbar sacral fat padding. Is there anyway for me to liposuction this? I thought it would go away with weight loss but it's becoming more prominent as my weight reduce s and I me becoming very self conscious about it and when I lie on my back it's very uncomfortable.
