How could I achieve a line down my back?

My back is flat with a little bit of a protruding upper spine, and I want that line that goes down the back that some people have. Is it because I have no fat, or too much? Or is it a muscle issue? Two photos of women with a back like mine, two photos of women with the back “line” I want to achieve

Based upon your photos, you exhibit normal and youthful facial features. The pre-jowl sulcus (valley) is a function of descent of the middle third volume over adherent zones of the face. At your age, there is little likelihood of descent or jowl development so as to accentuate a pre-jowl ridge....

When you need liposuction, it is there for you no matter what age you are. 22 is a very common age to get it since it is the best motivator there is.
