Accutane and anal bleeding?

Hello, Im on 60 mg/day Claravis for 3.5 months now and I'm a 22 year old female. I've had problems with constipation for about one month now and when I wipe a little bit of faint light pink blood is on the tissue. I assume that Im just so dry that my anus is dry too, and cracking is what is causing it. (My lips are very dry) should I be worried about any more serious, possible rectal side effects? Or is it normal for light anus bleeding after poop? Also about relevance of constipation. Thanks!

Constipation would be causing your bleeding and not the Accutane. You should see a gastro physician about the constipation. Many times OTC things like fiber pills and Metamucil can help alleviate this, but it is always best to see a physician to discuss it. The bleeding is not from anus dryness but from hard feces and constipation. "This
