It can certainly be done in one session, but the question for you to answer is why you came up with that number.Here's the problem.  From your photos you look like you are probably still in your twenties. 5000 grafts may not be necessary depending upon your donor density and the thickness of your hair. 5000 graft FUE with a low donor density will cause balding in the donor area, so be careful at pushing such numbers
