Im 5'9 and 138lbs. I tried several sizes in consultation and I loved that size in the blue bra (pictured) however... When I was told the actual size of the implant (450cc) I was shocked. The number is big but they don't look big on me... I want a natural look, the perfect look according to my body's measurements. What do you guys think? If you have a picture of patients with same size and similar body measurements can you please upload it? Implants will be Sientra Silicone.
Answer: More conservative size At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 450 cc implants weigh 1 lb each and will take you up 4 1/2 cup sizes. Placing sizers in a bra is totally different then placing implants underneath the muscle. I recommend you consider a more conservative size. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Sizers Your surgeon who has examined and measured you will be the best one to guide you to the right size. If needed, go back and try on the size again.

Answer: Sizers Thanks for your question! If you liked the sizers and would be happy with that look, you will like the 450cc implants. They will even look a little bit smaller once they are under the muscle. If that is the size that your surgeon is recommending and you trust his/her expertise, then I am sure you will be happy! Good luck!

Answer: Sizers Don't Lie Good afternoon, Although I have not had the opportunity to examine you, measure your chest, and review goal photos with you, sizers don't lie- they are the single best way to pick the correct cc's for your augmentation. Don't get hung up by the number- go for the look you like when you tried them on!

Answer: 450cc will be the right size for me? Im 32b size. (photos) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend seeing additional board certified plastic surgeons to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. If you liked the sizers you tried, and they will physically fit, then those are what you should ask for. . Best wishes!
