High profile or moderate plus and is my chest wide?

Your surgeon who has examined and measured you will be the best one to guide you to the range of sizes that fits your frame and tissue the best.

For the patients in my clinic, we spend time with them on sizing and using Crisalix for 3D imaging. It is the best way to see what a person might look like after surgery and for different sizes. The key is the chest width and not going much beyond that width. Otherwise it is not a cute side boob but instead can make the patient look heavyset. Bigger implants can look good but they can also stretch out the skin over time. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast.

If you don't want ball shaped breasts, don't pick ball shaped implants (high profile). Choosing lower profile implants will give you a wider/flatter breasts, which look more 'natural'.
