I got silicone implants about 6 months ago and the right boob has a huge indent when I bend down. The left boob is nothing like the right. The right one looks partially deflated. This has been the case since the first few weeks of getting them done.

Answer: Implant rupture Dear ihatethis69, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: No. Implant does not look ruptured Thank you for the question and the pictures. It does not look ruptured at all. This is rippling which is sometimes caused by the type of implant or the position of the implant. It is essentially scar tissue stuck to the implant and when you place tension on the implant either by pulling or changing the position you will see the ripple. It needs to be surgically addressed, unfortunately. It is not an emergency but please contact your surgeon.
