37 year old: chin liposuction done 04/18/18- Instead of one fat chin, I now have 2 small chins. How can I fix this?

I had chin liposuction on 04/18/2018. It has been 6 weeks and my swelling has gone down. I have worn my compression chin wrap every night since my procedure . I have noticed that I now have 2 small chins. Not all the fat was removed from my chin. There appears to be a band of fat horizontal to the incision mark (incision used for the cannula to liposuction the chin fat). Procedure done by board cert PS. I am 5'5 and 138 pounds. I exercise 4 times a week. What can I do to fix this?

If you have a calcified mass in your neck from a seroma that has been present for 3 years, I would say the only way to remove this would be surgically.

Gello dear, thank you for your question. It's too soon to see the results of your tipo just yet. You need to wait at least 3 months after your surgery because it's too swollen, it Will get better with time. Good luck!
