Yes, it is much too early to evaluate the results. There will be swelling that resolves over the next 4-6 weeks. Submental liposuction is a procedure that produces consistent results. As the swelling resolves, there will be some skin tightening as well. 

At 4 days post op, it is far too early to evaluate your results as
final. Most likely you are still dealing with significant swelling of the area.
This swelling should gradually subside over the next few weeks. In the
meantime, I recommend that you carefully follow your postoperative instructions
and reach out to your surgeon should you feel that anything is not healing

However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Gello dear, thank you for your question. It's too soon to see the results of your tipo just yet. You need to wait at least 3 months after your surgery because it's too swollen, it Will get better with time. Good luck!
