What is wrong with my chin lipo results? (Photos)

I have not seen a before photo, but based on the two images you provided, it seems like the liposuction was possibly (I wasn't there, so I can't say for sure) performed on a double chin area without attention to the rest of the neck.  A revision that EXCLUDES the region already suctioned and instead focuses along the jawline and down the neck a ways is likely to improve your outcome.I would go back and discuss this idea with the Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performed the procedure.  I'm sure he or she wants you to be happy and will be glad to have the opportunity to improve your outcome.Good Luck!

Chin liposuction should be applied to only a select group of patients that have only submental (under the chin) fullness without contributing skin laxity and/or muscle laxity. Chin liposuction can contour the neck, but it may take upwards of 3 months for skin to soften. Liposuction, no matter what technology does not tighten the skin. If there are irregularities and skin present after 3 to 6 months, discuss options with your plastic surgeon regarding possible neck tightening with a neck lift.

Patients with questions and concerns about their chin liposuction healing process should address those concerns with the surgeon that performed the operation, ideally during a follow up consultation.
