How is a calcified seroma removed?

I believe I had a seroma that left a calcified know under my chin after lipo. How would I go about having this calcified tissue removed. It has been almost 3 years

Yes, it is much too early to evaluate the results. There will be swelling that resolves over the next 4-6 weeks. Submental liposuction is a procedure that produces consistent results. As the swelling resolves, there will be some skin tightening as well.
