How can I fix visible dents/divots after lateral brow lift? (Photos)

I had a lateral subcutaneous browplasty 6 months ago and have major divots/dents on both sides of forehead above brow. What could he the cause and remedy? The Dr. performed subcutaneous plane and irrigated and bipolar electrocautery was used. Thank you!!!

Based on your photos, your brow position does not appear to be too bad (it's above the level of the bone). Maybe the upper eyelid skin can be reduced to sharpen the eyes. But also, it's not necessary to do a significant reduction of muscle in a browlift as long as the brow is fully released...
