First blepharoplasty at 22. Now 37, i have crepey skin, is it time for another blepharoplasty? (Photos)

I had a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty at 22. I am now 37 and noticing creepy skin due to aging based on my photos would you suggest I need another blepharoplasty? Also, I have noticed that my eyelid skin seems to pull to the corners. I am wondering if that is due to the technique my surgeon used when I was younger

In addition to the sagging and drooping of the eyelid skin, the position of the eyebrows often drops downward as well.In the current photo, the distance between the eyebrows and the eyes is quite close.In such cases, simply removing the excess skin through upper blepharoplasty is not recommended, as it can further reduce the space between the eyebrows and the eyes.Although a full facial view is not available for a complete assessment, an alternative option to consider is a forehead lift.By lifting the forehead and eyebrows, the eyelid skin is naturally pulled up and smoothed out, which can improve the appearance of droopy eyelids caused by sagging skin.

Options for creepy eyelids include upper blepharoplasty, a brow lift, combination of upper bleph with brow lift, botox and possibly fat grafting.  Botox to the frown region and crow's feet may temporarily help lift the eyebrows; too much forehead Botox can drop the eyebrows and eyelids.

It’s pretty unusual for people to benefit from a secondary upper blepharoplasty.
Perhaps a brow lift would serve you better.
It doesn’t look like you have skin redundancy of your upper eyelids.
