Retraction and outer canthal web - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Had lower bleph in 2021 with a bad result. Retraction in one eye and outer canthal web with the other. My eyes lid shape and is more round. In april this year I had a revision and renovation of webbing. At fist the result looked good but now it is a mess again and I dont know what to do
