Subsequent surgery after breast implants. Will having subsequent surgeries so soon increase my risk of capsular contracture?

I’m booked for a revision on my 20 year old breast implants because they have lowered. Im also wanting other cosmetic surgeries but wanted to do them separately about 4 - 6 months afterwards while Im inbetween jobs. Will having subsequent surgeries so soon increase my risk of capsular contracture? I read some even recommend antibiotic prophylaxis for dental treatment after breast implants so now I’m worried. I do not currently have contracture.
