I’m booked for a revision on my 20 year old breast implants because they have lowered. Im also wanting other cosmetic surgeries but wanted to do them separately about 4 - 6 months afterwards while Im inbetween jobs. Will having subsequent surgeries so soon increase my risk of capsular contracture? I read some even recommend antibiotic prophylaxis for dental treatment after breast implants so now I’m worried. I do not currently have contracture.

You are at higher risk of infection since they may be exposed to bacteria from your nipples. They could be injured upon removal. Also, you may lose your warranty once the implants leave your body. It is safer to get new implants.
Dear roxi329,
you can combine smaller implants and breast lift in order to achieve good results. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
