Right implant higher than left, left is too low! (Phtoo)

Thank you for your question. Try making the left strap of the bra short and the right strap long, raising the left implant and lowering the right one. Also massage the right implant downwards. Worth a try for up to a year. However, if there still is a lot of difference, you should consider implant placement correction surgery, but if you do it well, it seems that reoperation is not necessary. And in my opinion, the upper pole side won't look more natural because the implant is too big.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your mammoth implants are just way too large for your frame and tissue and may not move much more than they have done. However, they do need to be supported so they don't drop down to your lap.

Thanks for the posted photos! I see your issues. But the implants in gels do not come any larger to correct slight volume asymmetry. I might recommend on lower side fat grafting in upper poles with re lift to try to gain symmetry. Or exchange to salines to over inflate the left to 850+ vs right leave at 800 cc w or w/o re lift.
