A couple months ago I noticed a dent on my forehead over my right eye and it's now about 3 times the size it first was. What can I do about this?
Answer: Dent on the forehead It may be a progressive condition, but can be improved. Injection of fat grafts (tissue that is missing) or filler, will significantly improve current situation but may need to be repeated. In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Forehead Dent It’s a little hard to tell from the pictures the exact area involved. It would be better to send standard facial pictures and also if you have pictures taken from a previous time for a comparison. The area of concern is adjacent to the edge of the front talus muscle and also the temporalis muscle. Between those two muscles it’s usually a bony ridge. An examination could help determine if the contour is based on bone or skeletal shape versus soft tissues. In regards to treatments fillers are probably the easiest but I think getting an understanding of what this represents should be the first step. Consider scheduling a consultation with a local person certified plastic surgeon. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
