Does Nanofat fill or simply improve texture?

This is a great question and wanted that is often debatable. It really depends on how the fat is processed. A lot of people who call nano fat nano fat is really mistaken. Often, what they are injecting is micronized fat. And even if a nano fat filtration device is used, it may not be processed properly. With true nano fat much if not all of the adipocytes are dead. This leaves the stem cells alive. Stem cells improve tone texture and color of the skin but do not add volume. If however, what was injected was micronized fat, then it is possible that the adipocytes survived. Some will argue that even nano fat contains viable adipocytes. But the general position held on this is that nano fat does not add volume. In part because the nano fat should be injected directly into the skin, not the subcutaneous plane where fat survives.
