Hi, i had a 1ml nanofat transfer done under my eyes 7 months ago. I am a fair skinned male, and around my eyes the skin is thin and transparent, so the underlying redness is visible. After about a month, my right side suddenly looked weird, bigger and red. Some pigment/redness appeared, and it reaches pretty low, the tear trough also seems different now. My left side recovered well, it looks better and lighter than before. My surgeon said it should get better with time, i have a check up soon.

You could graft your face with the fat from a lipoma in the graft and that could continue growing like your lipoma did. I don’t think you’ll find any plastic surgeon who thinks that’s a good idea.
