Which procedures would be required to achieve facial harmony and the appearance of optimal development? (Photos)

I am biracial, German/Nigerian ethnicity. Growing up, my body and face developed natural asymmetries. For the sake of my mental health, self esteem, and confidence I would like to have these issues addressed. My skin tone is tan, height is 5'9 1/2''. Cost is not an issue for me. If I could send photos of my face, could my face be accessed for potential procedures to achieve facial harmony and optimal forward growth? Nose, lips, jaw, forehead?
