30G/32F - What CC would I need to double my current size/volume? (Photos)

Question

I am a 30G/32F currently. I had fat transfer during a mommy makeover in September 2021. I want to do gummy bear implants over the muscle and double my current cup size. What CC would I need and do you think that I have enough tissue to at least partially look not as stretched out and tight?

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

At size 30, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. You have 600 cc's of volume and another 600 cc's would double your volume. However, under no circumstance would I recommend you do that. Your breasts are already drooping and the skin cannot hold the current weight. I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be done if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your photographs. To give you the most accurate answer would require an examination of your breast dimensions. However, from your photographs, it appears that a 350 cc up to a 450 cc implant would likely double the volume of your breast. You could potentially do a water displacement evaluation at home by seeing approximately how much volume your breasts displace when placed underwater to give you a general idea of approximately how much volume you would require. Have a detailed discussion and consultation with your plastic surgeon about your wishes.  Best wishes.

From the pictures provided it looks like you already have a lot of volume , you just lack the upper pole fullness. You already have stretch marks in your upper pole. I would encourage you to not think in terms of ccs or cupsizes, your surgeon will likely size your implant based on your breast width and ultimately your goals but going bigger than the recommended size will only give you issues in the future, if a lift is needed then considering a augmentation mastopexy is an option. where you place the implant matters too , big implants above the muscle with a skin that is already stretched without a supporting scaffold will just exacerbate the skin stretch and droop. Thank you for your question.  A large portion my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery and I have been in practice for 30 years.  The idea of placing an implant on top of the muscle in somebody who is already drooping always results in more drooping.  Thinking that you can avoid a lift by placing larger implants is flawed thinking.  The skin keeps the environment out, but stretches when a load is placed on it.  I have a whole gallery on my website termed "long-term complications associated with implants on top of the muscle".  On the other hand, you are an excellent candidate for Reductive Augmentation in which we placed an implant, perform a breast lift, and remove the inferior pole breast tissue.  I wrote the original paper on this many years ago. Please do not make the mistake that many others have by placing an implant on top of the muscle and already drooping breast.  Best wishes to you.

Depending of the size of women’s chest and overall body volume bra cup size may be very different. Suggested calculations are between 125 ml in petite to 200 ml plus in larger women par one cup size. What implant volume to select should be decided based on implant sizing which you can do in your surgeons office. Good luck.

If you are truly a F or G, I do not recommend going any larger, but doing a lift. Going larger will give you heavier breasts that will sag even more.

I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.  During this visit your breasts will be measured and you will discuss your goals for surgery.  Your surgeon will use this information to suggest a range of appropriate implants.  Many surgeons have sample implants that you can try on to give you an idea of how you may look after surgery. Based on your series of post photos, I would recommend from a 400 cc do a 600 cc implant in the dual plane location best to do virtual console with expect fees to range from $6000-$10,000 depending on type of implant. Again, best of virtual consult with.
