36F, 2 c sections 10’ & 22’ I become obese when pregnant when not my weight stays stable now with a stable weight after losing 90 lbs in 12’ and then 70 recently I’m choosing lipo TT, breast aug gummy bear, round 415cc im lucky I had always had good muscle tone & skin bounces back. I had a few consults & all says I’m not in need of a lift that it’s upper volume loss barely grade 1 ptosis. Just wanting to get some more expert opinions thanks.

Answer: My Recomendation Dear Sincere167773, thanks for sharing your questions and concerns, after evaluating your case if you are looking just volume breast augmentation with implants will solve this, but due to the position of your nipple under the inframammary fold and this little ptosis you look like a great candidate for breast augmentation with implants rather than lift with this you can ensure long term perky results.
