A bump under my skin, near my eye, forms when I smile. What is it, and can Botox fix it? (Photo)

I am 27 years old. This bump started occurring about a year ago. It happens under one eye only. I am not sure if it is a muscle or a nerve. Sometimes it is less noticeable than other times, but most of the time, it is like in the photo. I appreciate your time. Thank you.
