I am 27 years old. This bump started occurring about a year ago. It happens under one eye only. I am not sure if it is a muscle or a nerve. Sometimes it is less noticeable than other times, but most of the time, it is like in the photo. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

Answer: Under Eye Bump Hello! Thanks for the question. This could be a cyst or benign lesion. It could also be an aspect of fat which prolapses when you smile. I don't believe that Botox will fix this. It may be worth a small incision to remove the area if it bothers you. Hope this helps!
