Question

Would a Brest lift fix deflation? I already had a lift 3 yrs ago but want a second one . I had a consultation and the dr refused another lift . Is there no way I can get another lift to just remove skin because when my nipples are erect the skin tightens up and I don't mind my breasts. I'm not expecting upper pole fullness. The last pic is my nipples erect and my skin tighten which I like. When my nipples are soft my breast are so deflated.

Repeating a breast lift, particularly to remove excess skin, is a reasonable procedure.  Your surgeon will want to know why you developed excess skin after your previous lift, and if there were any complications from your surgery.  Obtain your operative note as this may have valuable information for a safe second breast lift.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. If you are happy with your breast volume and are opposed to implants, you may be a candidate for a donut lift to tighten the skin as you mentioned in your description. I hope this helps.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift.  Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

A donut mastopexy would allow the removal of some skin and a tightening around your areolas so they don't seem so floppy, which should give you the appearance much like when your nipples are erect.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You could consider another lift, but better minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight.  This has minimal scarring and much less downtime and does work.

You certainly have volume loss and excess skin. As long as your expectations are realistic, you can have a breast lift which will tighten the breasts and alleviate the excess skin around your areolas.
