Would a Brest lift fix deflation? I already had a lift 3 yrs ago but want a second one . I had a consultation and the dr refused another lift . Is there no way I can get another lift to just remove skin because when my nipples are erect the skin tightens up and I don't mind my breasts. I'm not expecting upper pole fullness. The last pic is my nipples erect and my skin tighten which I like. When my nipples are soft my breast are so deflated.

Dear rym237,
my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions...
Measurements are needed to be sure, but just based on your photo, you still may need a lift. I would suggest placing the implants behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness and more coverage.
Your implants are too large for your frame and tissue. I would suggest going down to a size, maybe around 300 cc's, that fits you better and a lift. Your own breast tissue is sagging and needs to be lifted.
